Maya Riley-Smith (née Wegrzyn) is a seasoned professional with a background in various roles related to strategy and people operations. Currently serving as People Operations Lead at Quadrature, Maya has previously held positions such as Senior People Strategy Manager at Deliveroo and Business Strategist to the CEO at moneycorp. With a strong educational background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, Maya brings a unique skill set to their roles. Prior to their career in strategy and operations, Maya has worked as a Financial Analyst at Markit and gained valuable work experience at Bain & Company.
