Phoebe Wilson

Phoebe Wilson is an experienced professional in organisational development and people management, currently serving as the Organisational Development Lead at Quadrature since March 2023. Prior to this role, Phoebe held positions at KPMG Singapore and KPMG Australia as Associate Director and Manager in People & Change, respectively. Additional experience includes working as Platform Experience Lead at Folklore Ventures, Product Development Lead and other roles at Travelex, and Chief of Staff at Plexal. Phoebe's career began at KPMG UK as Organisational Development Manager, alongside various previous roles focusing on learning and development. Phoebe obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and the University of Leeds, with a major in Sociology and Research and a minor in Behavioural Studies.
