Tracey B. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tracey started their career as a Human Resources Assistant/Accounting Assistant at Radisson Suites Hotel in 1999 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Boca West Country Club, Inc. as a Human Resources Records and Benefits Coordinator. Tracey then joined First Southern Bank in 2005 as a Vice President, Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2014. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at The Club at Quail Ridge, where they have been employed since 2014. Their roles have involved providing essential HR and payroll support to employees and management teams in various organizations.
Tracey B. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Business Management, with a focus on Marketing Management from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM-CP - Human Resources Management Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015 and PHR - Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2007.
