Robert T. Traub

Robert Traub has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Robert worked at Quaker Chemical as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Robert managed the legal department and oversaw various legal aspects of the company, such as securities, corporate governance, acquisitions, litigation, bankruptcy, and environmental matters. Robert also developed and implemented the company's Compliance and Training Program. Prior to that, they worked at Penske Truck Leasing as Counsel. In this role, they provided legal counsel to the company. Before joining Penske, they were an Associate at Williamson, Friedberg & Jones, where they handled a wide range of legal cases focused on litigation, business, commercial law, worker's compensation, and municipal law. Robert was responsible for client management, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in depositions, hearings, and motion practice.

Robert Traub attended Pennsylvania State University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of Dayton School of Law from 1987 to 1992, obtaining a juris doctorate degree in law.
