Sangam Kapil possesses extensive experience in the flat steel industry, with a focus on product management, technical support, and business development across various regions. Currently serving as Regional Product Manager at Quaker Houghton since August 2019, Sangam has demonstrated expertise in steel processing, product development, and sustainable technologies. Prior to this, Sangam held multiple roles at Quaker Chemicals and Henkel, specializing in cold rolling, surface treatment, and regional business development in the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Additional experience includes leadership roles in operations and project management at Ispat Industries Ltd, Essar Steel, and KYCR Coil Industries, culminating in a career marked by significant contributions to operational efficiencies, product innovations, and comprehensive technical support. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Production & Marketing and a BE in Production Engineering.
