Senior Vice President - United States Minor Outlying Islands at Quaker Chemical

Thomas Del Rio has a strong background in the chemical industry and has held various roles throughout their career. Thomas started as an Application Engineer at bp in 1986, where they supported customer requirements for performance additives for gasoline, diesel, and biofuels. Thomas then joined Afton Chemical in 2007 as a Specialty Fuels CTS Manager, responsible for managing specialty fuel products. In 2013, Del Rio joined Quaker Chemical Corporation as a Senior Vice President, overseeing technical management and preservation of metalworking chemical products. Thomas had a primary focus on product development, manufacture, and customer satisfaction.

Thomas Del Rio earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Pepperdine University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Thomas furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree in Business/Managerial Economics from St. Mary's University between 1985 and 1987. In addition to their formal education, Thomas Del Rio also obtained certification as a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist for using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 from Microsoft in March 2007.
