Loretta Oustrich

Loretta Oustrich is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Quaker Houghton since August 2019, Loretta previously held multiple key roles at Houghton International, including Manager of the IT Project Management Office and IT Project Manager from April 2011 to August 2019. Prior to that, Loretta managed the Project Management Department at HealthNow Administrative Services from February 2009 to March 2011, and held the position of Director of IT at Brokerage Concepts, Inc. from July 2002 to February 2009, where an earlier tenure included roles as a Business Analysis Consultant and Information Systems Manager. Loretta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from York College of Pennsylvania, earned between 1984 and 1987.
