Bob DeBois has a strong background in operations management, with significant experience in the restaurant industry. Bob worked at Quaker Steak & Lube as the Vice President of Operations from May 2011 to the present, overseeing all operational aspects of the company. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at Quaker Steak & Lube from June 2009 to June 2011. Before joining Quaker Steak & Lube, Bob worked at Darden Restaurants as the Director of Operations from April 1988 to June 2009, where they were responsible for managing and improving operational effectiveness.

Bob DeBois has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a certification in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America. In 2003, they pursued a certification in Diversity from Grand Rapids Community College. In 2006, they attended Rollins College to become certified in Principals of Leadership. Lastly, in 2007, they studied Regional Italian Cooking and obtained a certification from the Culinary Institute of Tuscany.
