Lindsey Fielder Cook is an experienced professional with a robust background in climate change, development communications, and humanitarian affairs. Currently serving as Interim Deputy Director and Representative for the Human Impacts of Climate Change at the Quaker United Nations Office since June 2013, Lindsey has been instrumental in influencing international climate negotiations and policies. Previous roles include positions at the United Nations, where Lindsey contributed extensively to development communications and donor coordination, and consultancy work on climate change studies. With writing experience spanning journalism and novel authorship, Lindsey's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from Durham University, a Master's Degree in Literature of Conflict from the University of York, and a postgraduate degree in Climate Change and Sustainable Development from De Montfort University.
