Michael Hensler

Michael Hensler is an experienced process engineer at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since May 2018, where responsibilities include facilitating monthly continuous improvement meetings, maintaining NADCAP documentation, and collaborating across departments to optimize processing and manage quality costs. Hensler also serves as a boys club volleyball coach at Exile Volleyball Club, leading the 18s team to a national division bid in 2019, and holds assistant coaching roles in high school volleyball at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School and Quaker Valley School District. Previous coaching experience includes a position at Montour School District, leading to significant playoff qualifications. Michael has also worked as an athlete tutor and undergraduate research assistant during academic tenure at the University of Pittsburgh, where a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering was obtained in 2018. Early career experience includes roles at Dairy Queen, contributing to management and customer relations.
