Ke’scha Gaines is the current VP of Quality & Operational Excellence at Quala. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Vice President of Quality at Faurecia from June 2017 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing the divisional quality staff, including coaching, mentoring, training, and development of regional quality directors, warranty and plant quality teams. Ke’scha also actively engaged with internal and external customers to satisfy expectations and resolve issues.
Gaines has extensive experience in product and process control, and has implemented comprehensive strategies in this area throughout their career. Ke’scha is also a strong leader with a proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and align goals to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Ke'scha Gaines has a Bachelor of Arts in Materials & Logistics Management (Supply Chain Management) from Michigan State University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Muskegon Community College.
