Nicole Kelley, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nicole joined Quala in 2018, initially working as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist before being promoted to Human Resources Manager in November 2020. Prior to their role at Quala, Nicole worked at Waypoint starting in 2012. During their time at Waypoint, they held various positions including Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Administrative Manager, and ultimately, Human Resources Manager. Before joining Waypoint, Nicole worked at Innovative Concept Group as an Administrative Assistant from October 2010 to December 2011. Nicole began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at Fuller Electrical Contractors, where they worked until March 2009. Overall, Nicole has gained extensive experience in human resources roles and has showcased their skills in managing HR functions and providing administrative support.

Nicole Kelley, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from St. Petersburg College. In July 2017, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
