Tom Godbehere

Tom Godbehere is an experienced project manager with a strong background in client success and recruitment. Currently serving as a Project Manager at QUALCO UK since July 2023, Tom previously held positions at Cappfinity as a Client Success Manager, and at Mind Gym, where Tom managed projects focused on behavioral science and organizational change. Tom's early career includes project management roles at FE fundinfo and leadership development at Lane4, along with recruitment expertise from Gravitas Recruitment Group. Additionally, Tom gained valuable experience as a Special Constable with the Metropolitan Police. Tom holds an MSc in Psychology and a BA (Hons) in Criminology, both from the University of East London.
