Ioannis Danatsopoulos, MBA, MEng, PMP®, currently serves as the Head of Business Process Improvement at QUALCO, focusing on enhancing operational excellence and customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement. Previous roles include Head of Operations for Greece at FREENOW, where operational excellence and customer-centric strategies were prioritized, and a Consultant at Accenture, responsible for driving business transformation and implementing technology solutions. Additionally, Ioannis held positions as a PMO Senior Analyst, Operations and Business Development Manager at Copelouzos Group, Management Consultant as a freelancer, Business Analyst at Unisystems, and Software Engineer at ICCS - NTUA, showcasing a strong background in business analysis, project management, and strategic development. Ioannis holds an MBA in Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business, an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, and completed Executive Education in Data Driven Consulting at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
