Marios Strouzas is a highly skilled technology leader and senior software engineer with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Tech Leader at QUALCO, Strouzas oversees the development and maintenance of the Qualco Loan Manager platform while ensuring adherence to business requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. Previously, Strouzas held positions at Piraeus Bank, Geniki Bank, Amplus, Adecco Greece, Netcompany-Intrasoft, and Datamation, contributing to the development and optimization of various core banking applications. Strouzas possesses a strong foundation in software engineering, holding degrees in Computer Software Engineering and Computer Automation, complemented by certifications as a Certified Engineer from the Technical Chamber of Greece.
