Jing Lin

Jing Lin is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in system engineering and research. Currently serving as a Staff System Engineer at Qualcomm since April 2014, Jing has previously held the position of Senior System Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where research focused on powerline communications for smart grid applications. Additional internships at Texas Instruments involved enhancements in powerline communication receivers and a focus on multi-user UMTS receivers during a tenure at Huawei. Early career experiences include software engineering internships and teaching assistant roles at The University of Texas at Austin. Jing Lin holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
