Steven Karsten

Steven Karsten is a highly experienced director of business development at Qualcomm Inc, where they focus on strategic solution development for U.S. government problem sets. They previously held significant roles at General Atomics, including program manager for missile defense and development program manager for aircraft development contracts. Before joining Viasat Inc., where they served as general manager of tactical communications solutions, Steven developed their leadership skills at Raytheon as the IPT leader for Control and Voice Systems. They hold a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Operations Management from San Diego State University.
