Xiaodong Zhu is the Vice President of Engineering at Qualcomm. Xiaodong has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including stints at Broadcom, Skyworks Solutions, and ZTE.

Xiaodong started their career in 1995 as the Chief Architect of the Mobile Communication Division at ZTE. Xiaodong then became the General Manager of the Shanghai Design Center at Skyworks Solutions in 2000. In 2006, they moved to Broadcom, where they again served as the General Manager of the Shanghai Design Center. Xiaodong left Broadcom in 2008 to join ZTE as the CTO of European Marketing.

In their current role at Qualcomm, Xiaodong is responsible for leading the engineering team and developing new technologies for the company. Xiaodong has been instrumental in Qualcomm's success in the mobile communications market.

Xiaodong Zhu received their master's degree in wireless communication from Zhejiang University.
