Wendy Whelan

Wendy Whelan, SPHR, RCC has a comprehensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Wendy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at QualDerm Partners, a dermatology company operating in 17 states. Previously, Wendy worked at Right Management as the VP of Consulting Services, Executive Coach, and Coaching Practice Lead. Wendy also held various roles at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, including Vice President of Talent, Assistant Vice President of Talent, and Director of Talent. Throughout their career, Wendy has been responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies, organizational redesign, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. Wendy has provided guidance and coaching to business partners across different levels within organizations.

Wendy Whelan, SPHR, RCC completed their education in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Harrison College-Indianapolis. Wendy has also obtained additional certifications including Training with Stories from LinkedIn, Hogan Assessment Certified from Hogan Assessment Systems, Registered Corporate Coach from Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
