Doug Wells has diverse work experience in the field of operations management. Doug most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer - CES and Managing Director at Qualfon, starting in 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the SVP of Operations at NAVEX Global, where they played a key role in the integration and expansion of multiple contact centers. Doug also served as the Chief Operating Officer at AVOXI, a UCaaS provider, and as the SVP of Operations at The Network, Inc., a company focused on Governance, Risk & Compliance services. Doug Wells was also involved in the founding of Affinity Outsourcing Group, an outsourcing and consulting company. Doug started their career at AT&T, where they worked as a Team Leader. Overall, Doug has a wealth of experience in managing contact center operations, budgeting, project integration, and process improvement.
Doug Wells attended Sam Houston State University from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Brazosport College from 1991 to 1993, but the field of study is unspecified. In addition to their education, Doug Wells obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KEISEN Consultores in June 2019.
