Paulino Estillore

Paulino Estillore is an experienced professional in workforce management, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at Qualfon since July 2025, and holds a position on the Speakers Bureau for the Philippine National Police, where involvement includes the CMFC/SWAT LCPO Advisory Council.
