Shaleen Mauser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and product management. Currently serving as Customer Success Team Manager at Qualia since March 2013, Shaleen is responsible for managing team productivity, conducting staff reviews, and fostering a positive team environment while supporting continued education. Additionally, Shaleen has been a Product Specialist Manager at Adeptive Software since March 2013, focusing on innovative solutions for title insurance software. Prior to these roles, Shaleen worked as Closing Supervisor at LPS AMS from 1999 to March 2013, managing a team in a high-volume environment, overseeing the closing of over 20,000 properties, and ensuring compliance with strict performance metrics. Shaleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Western Wyoming Community College.
