Crystal began their career as Human Resources Manager for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and has held several other HR-related positions. Academically, Crystal holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from The University of Winnipeg and a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Resolution Studies from the same institution, alongside a Certificate in Intercultural Communication from CEGEP Marie-Victorin and further education from Cornell University.
