Dan Molina is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and architectural sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager Officer at Constructora QUALICONS since July 2022, Dan is responsible for transforming strategic and innovative projects into tangible outcomes for the firm. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Projects Coordinator and Architectural Project Manager at SolisColomer, where resource management and architectural execution were key focuses. Earlier career experience includes a position as Junior Project Manager at Corporación Multi Inversiones, contributing to planning and managing architectural projects within the food industry division. Dan holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Project Management from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation from The Association of Architects of Guatemala, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
