Carlo Candela

Carlo Candela started their work experience in 2015 as the founder of Purple Tent, an Airbnb for camping platform. In 2016, they joined Heap as an Enterprise Sales representative, where they focused on web and mobile analytics. In 2018, Carlo became the co-founder and CEO of Sameplan, a customer-facing project management platform for sales teams. In 2020, they joined Outreach as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the integration of Outreach Success Plans and leading the development of AI-powered workflows. Currently, Carlo works at Qualified as a Product Lead, where they help companies maximize website conversions using AI-powered tools.

Carlo Candela holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Carlo also completed the Sameplan program at Y Combinator, specializing in S20 field of study.
