Rosanne Craig

Rosanne Craig has a significant amount of work experience in various leadership roles. Rosanne started their career in 1990 as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half, where they were responsible for new business development and recruiting. Rosanne then became a Division Manager before leaving the company in 1995.

After leaving Robert Half, Rosanne held various roles at Kelly, starting as a Branch Manager and eventually becoming an Area Director. Rosanne was responsible for leading teams and providing strategic workforce solutions to key clients. Rosanne also managed multiple P&Ls and ensured effective service delivery.

In 2014, Rosanne joined Acro Service Corp as the Division Operations Manager and later became the Director of the Commercial Services Division. Rosanne led HR and business operations, developed talent acquisition plans, and provided leadership training. Rosanne also had full P&L responsibility for a $70MM business.

In 2017, Rosanne joined Vitamin T as the Regional Director, where they led an established team to expand and diversify their client portfolio. Rosanne aligned sales and recruiting teams, directed continuous improvement strategies, and achieved objectives in service delivery and profitability.

Most recently, in 2022, Rosanne joined Jobandtalent as the VP of Sales and Operations. Rosanne was responsible for overseeing sales and operational activities until their departure in 2023.

In 2023, Rosanne joined Qualigence International as the VP of Service Delivery, where they currently hold a position. No end date is provided for this role.
