Natana Parata is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in support and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Support Specialist at Qualio since November 2022, Natana previously held roles as a Support Specialist at ActiveCampaign and Tradify, where assistance was provided to users across several regions including Australia and the USA.
