Metz Acres

Metz Acres currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Qualis Group Ltd, a position held since November 2024, where responsibilities include leading the People and Culture functions with a focus on strategic direction and continuous improvement. Previously, Metz held the role of Associate Director of HR & Wellbeing at the Mental Health Foundation from March 2023 to November 2024. Metz completed a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management at London Metropolitan University from 2008 to 2010.
