Alexandra Enulescu has extensive experience in recruitment and project management, with a strong focus on IT recruitment. At QUALITANCE since November 2020, Alexandra has fulfilled roles including IT Recruiter during maternity leave and IT Sourcer, where key responsibilities involved sourcing candidates, guiding the recruitment process, and developing efficient sourcing strategies. Prior experience at Hunt Recruitment Romania as a Recruitment Sourcer included recruiting for various industries and maintaining candidate relationships. Alexandra also served as an Assistant Project Manager at Auto Cobalcescu, managing documentation and accounting details, and completed practical experience at BCR and the Ministry of Public Finance. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Management from the same institution.
