Rajesh Subramony

Prior to joining Qualitest, Rajesh led global delivery organizations to the tune of $1 Billion and played the role of global solutions leader for the quality engineering and assurance business, at Cognizant. He was instrumental in establishing the consulting arm of testing services in North America and played a critical role as global markets leader for multiple industry verticals, driving business growth at a CAGR of 25-30% within the service line. Previously, he has worked with a technology services start-up, where he helped forge a strong foundation of process, technology solutions and collaborative culture, to help drive exponential (20X) business growth. While he has been fortunate to work across most industries, he has significant exposure to banking and financial services, insurance and healthcare industries. Rajesh majored in electrical and electronics engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and has an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. He enjoys travelling, swimming and occasionally trying his hand at cooking.
