Jeff Gilbert

Manager, Technical Services at Qualitick

Jeff Gilbert has over 20 years of experience in the technical services industry. Jeff began their career in 1980 as an Operations & Intelligence 18F in the US Army. In 2001, they joined Avtex Solutions, LLC as a Field Engineer for CityWatch, where they produced, delivered, installed and trained customers on custom premise emergency notification solutions. Jeff was then promoted to Team Lead for Unified Messaging & CityWatch, where they hired and trained new field engineers and customer support representatives, and cross-trained teammates in initial customer support of Unified Messaging telecommunications products. In 2012, Jeff moved to Emergency Communications Network as Manager of Implementation Services, Manager of Client Technical Support and Delivery, and Manager of Support & Delivery Services. Most recently, in 2017, Jeff joined Qualitick as Manager of Technical Services.

Jeff Gilbert attended Campbell University from 1982 to 1984, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Education.
