Matt Reeve has a diverse range of work experience in customer service, sales, and management roles. Matt began their career at Erik's Bike Shop, where they provided exceptional customer service and quickly earned a promotion to assistant manager. Matt then worked at Saint John's University, where they built and cultivated a volunteer culture and coordinated numerous events. Afterwards, they joined Revolution Cycle and Ski, using their extensive product knowledge to offer customers the best possible products and building lasting community relationships. Matt then took on a role at LeMond, where they managed inside sales and customer service, guided sales and marketing decisions, and effectively managed the daily operations of a startup. Next, Matt worked at Donkey Label, where they guided sales, shipping, customer service, and product development, utilizing their knowledge of cycling industry trends. Matt then joined Spye, where they used their expertise in AV integration to manage customer projects and improve the company's web presence. Currently, Matt is at Quality Bicycle Products, where they have held various roles, including Director of Customer Service, Brand Support Team Manager, Sales and Service Brand Support Supervisor, and Sales and Service Brand Support. In these roles, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, developed support staff, established organizational service and support plans, and contributed to department and company goals and strategies.
