Diego Betancourt Aldaz

Diego Betancourt Aldaz is an experienced professional in organic inspection and agro-industrial support, currently serving as an Organic Inspector at Mayacert and Quality Certification Services since December 2022 and November 2020, respectively. With entrepreneurial experience as a Productor autónomo at BiosiembraEc since January 2018, Diego has also held multiple supporting roles at CONQUITO Agencia de Promoción Económica from 2013 to 2016, contributing to urban and peri-urban agriculture projects, agro-industrial activities, and organic certification processes. Additional experience includes technical support in topographic surveys at Whortheco and quality control in food production at Oriental Industria Alimenticia. Diego holds degrees in Agroindustrial Engineering and Food from Universidad de Las Américas (EC), obtained between 2009 and 2015.
