Cristina Villavicencio

Cristina Villavicencio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cristina currently works at Quality Clouds as a Product Content Manager starting from April 2023. Prior to this, from March 2022 to March 2023, they worked at HP IT Services and IT Consulting- Omnitel Communications as a Customer Experience - NPS WW- PM- Innovation, where they managed innovation training services and analyzed customer experience to improve training services.

Before that, Cristina worked at Train Us- where they held various roles. From June 2019 to February 2022, they were responsible for LMS/SAS - Digital Learning Service Design - Customer Experience, creating customized training programs and tracking customer evolution. From January 2018 to June 2019, they served as L&D Manager, implementing upskilling strategies and tracking learning strategies solutions. From November 2014 to January 2018, they worked as an L&D Consultant, designing learning projects and solutions aligned with business goals.

Cristina also has experience in academia. Cristina worked as a Professor in Technology and Business at Escuela Europea de Negocios from January 2016 to February 2022. Additionally, they worked as Professor in legal risks at Universidad Privada Boliviana - Fundación Educativa from 2014 to 2016.

Cristina started their career at airtel, where they worked in customer service from January 1995 to April 1997, handling back office resolutions and focusing on customer experience. Cristina Villavicencio's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.) to study Law. Cristina completed their studies in this field in 2003. Following this, Cristina attended the Universitat Ramon Llull from 2002 to 2003 to pursue a Master's degree in IT Law.

In 2005, Cristina furthered their education at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, focusing on Marketing in competitive environments. Cristina successfully completed their studies in this field in 2006.

With a desire to expand their knowledge in business, Cristina enrolled at the Universitat Ramon Llull from 2007 to 2008 to pursue an E-MBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree.
