Erin Martineau serves as Vice President of Organizational Development, responsible for talent acquisition, development of staff, and facilitating a healthy company culture. Erin started at QC in 2014 as the VRC Manager where she oversaw the coordination of data reduction for all video based projects done nationwide by QC. Through this wide range of interactions she gained experience conducting nearly every study QC offers as well as an understanding of the needs of each department. Erin's resourceful and pragmatic attitude have helped aid organization-wide changes and initiatives. She is passionate about cultivating relationships and developing high performing teams of engaged professionals.
Prior to her current position, Erin served as Director of Internal Operations where she acted as a liaison between teams and augmented the efficiency of the company's operations. Erin's interpersonal skills as well as her extensive experience in managing staff has helped her to develop strong relationships with team leaders and senior employees to enable successful change management efforts. Erin's cross-functional leadership approach enables collaborative environments that inspire, influence perspective and promotes a positive company culture.
