Jeff Outhouse

Jeff Outhouse has over a decade of experience in the energy services industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Quality Energy Services since May 2013. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of P&A Supervisor at Quality Energy Services from February 2011 to March 2013.
