Kathy Petefish

Kathy Petefish, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the healthcare and data analysis fields. Kathy started their career as a PC Support Technician/Desktop Support at Rocky Mountain Health Plans from March 1999 to August 2002. During this time, they led a project to upgrade end user PCs and gained expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting.

From September 2002 to November 2011, Kathy worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Rocky Mountain Health Plans. Their responsibilities included annual HEDIS reporting, developing and supporting registries for members with chronic illnesses, and conducting study research and development. Kathy also focused on query and report development to meet Quality Improvement and Credentialing needs.

In November 2011, Kathy joined Mind Springs Health as a Senior Data Analyst in the Informatics department. Kathy was responsible for monthly behavioral health data reporting in Colorado, creating user-friendly database solutions, developing dashboards and KPI deliverables using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

After their time at Mind Springs Health, Kathy joined SynerMed in March 2017 as a Data Engineer. Kathy played a crucial role in building scalable data structures for complex healthcare data reporting through ETL, ensuring accurate mapping and valid results. Kathy also worked on SSIS automated data flow development and troubleshooting. Kathy coordinated with end users to build processes according to specifications, monitored these processes, and ensured ongoing success.

Later in December 2017, Kathy joined Quality Health Network (QHN) as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer. Further details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.
