Iveetzia Aviles

Iveetzia Aviles has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Iveetzia most recently worked as a Human Resources and HSE Manager at Quality Quartz Engineering since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Morris Furniture Company, Inc. from November 2019 to November 2020. Iveetzia'sextensive career includes a role as a Human Resources Supervisor at Infotech Aerospace Services, Inc. (Currently known as Pratt & Whitney PR) from February 2006 to April 2017. Iveetzia also worked as a Human Resources Representative at Micron Technology from December 2003 to February 2006, and as a HR Generalist at Sensormatics Electronics Corp from February 2001 to November 2003. Iveetzia began their career as a HR Supervisor at Kelly Services from October 1997 to February 2001, where they supervised on-site coordinators, handled invoice disputes, and provided support for various HR functions. Throughout their career, they have implemented various HR initiatives, such as competency programs, HRIS systems, and automated processes. Iveetzia has also spoken at conferences and gained recognition for their accomplishments in the field of human resources.

Iveetzia Aviles obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Iveetzia completed their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in the field of Human Resources. In 2003, they completed a certification in Human Resources Personnel Administration from HR Advance School and PR Labor Law Legislation (SUMA Inc). In 2008, they obtained a certification in People Capability Maturity Model from Carnegie Mellon University. Iveetzia further enhanced their skills by completing a certification in Compensation and Benefits from Instituto de Educación Superior in 2010. Lastly, in 2015, they obtained a certification in Organizational Development from People's Advantage.
