Richard Hill, MBA

Richard Hill, MBA has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Richard is currently working as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Quality Uptime Services since July 2023. Previously, Richard worked at Spectrum Enterprise as the Manager of Business Planning, where they oversaw three direct reports and supported over $400 million in indirect expenses across 18 departments. Richard reported variances versus budget and forecast on a monthly and year-to-date basis to senior management and compiled the OPEX and headcount budget and forecasts for all 18 departments. Richard also has prior experience at Quality Uptime Services, where they held several roles, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Senior Manager of Financial Operations. In these roles, they managed a team of analysts, compiled business review presentations, and assisted in merger and acquisition activities. Before that, Richard worked at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy as an Accounting Analyst and at PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company as a National Trade Spend Accountant and Trade Spend Accountant. In these roles, they reconciled accounts, supported month-end close processes, processed payments, and created actual versus forecast models. Richard's work experience showcases their expertise in financial planning and analysis and their ability to manage teams and support business operations.

Richard Hill, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Public Accounting from Iona University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also earned a Certificate in International Business from the same institution. Prior to their MBA, Richard pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at Western Connecticut State University, graduating in 2011.
