Ria Joseph

Ria Joseph has worked for three companies since 2013. Ria began as a Web Developer Internship at Indusa Global in 2013. In 2014, they moved to AlexysCorp as a Project Lead. Since 2017, they have been with QualityWorks Consulting Group, LLC, where they have held the roles of Lead Consultant, Senior QA Consultant, Consultant II, and Consultant I.

Ria Joseph has a Master of Science in Information Systems Management with specialization in Project Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Ria also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Caribbean Institute of Technology, Jamaica, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in February 2021, and an ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from BRIGHTEST in March 2019.
