Madhu. Nakkala

Madhu Nakkala has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Madhu. began their career in 2002 as a Talent Acquisition professional at Talent Acquisition. In 2005, they joined AppLabs as an Assistant Manager and remained in that role until 2011. During this time, they gained experience in recruitment and management.

In 2011, Madhu transitioned to DXC Technology where they served as a Recruitment Relationship Manager until 2015. In this role, they exhibited strong leadership skills and managed a team of up to 10 recruiters. Madhu. also implemented recruitment strategies to achieve revenue goals and had expertise in the RPO hiring model.

From 2015 onwards, Madhu worked as a Recruitment Partner at Expert Search Consulting Pvt Ltd. Madhu. specialized in identifying the right talent pool for various organizations, particularly in the technology and engineering sectors. Expert Search is a renowned talent provider in India, with its leadership team having extensive experience in global services and consulting firms.

Most recently, in 2021, Madhu joined QualiZeal as the Head of Talent Acquisition for India and the USA. QualiZeal is a rapidly growing company that offers quality engineering and software development solutions. Madhu currently oversees a team of over 400 employees across the two countries.
