MJ Hong

MJ Hong is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. MJ began their career in 1991 as a Human Resources Consultant at Bank of America. MJ then moved on to LeadersOnline, a subsidiary of Heidricks & Struggles, where they held the role of Vice President, Client Services Consultant. In 1999, they joined Aon Consulting as a Human Resources Outsourcing Consultant. MJ then moved to Torchiana, Mastrov & Sapiro where they held the position of Vice President, Client Services Consultant. In 2006, MJ began their tenure at Life Technologies as a Senior Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner and HR Lead. In 2007, they joined AB SCIEX as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. From 2012 to 2017, MJ worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Recruiter for Human Resources Consulting. In 2017, they returned to Qualpay, where they held the role of Senior Recruiter. In 2020, MJ was promoted to Human Resources Director at Qualpay, where they are responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function, setting the HR policies and advising the CEO, executive management team and managers on HR issues, coaching, payroll and benefits administration. MJ also handles the full cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, online recruiting, interviewing and making offers.

MJ Hong holds a Bachelors of Science in Education and Business Administration from the University of Utah.
