Nancie Dunn has worked in the Human Resources field since 1998. Nancie began their career at DNS Electronics as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they developed and trained Managers and Employees on Sexual Harassment Prevention and Diversity, and administered Multi State Labor Law compliance. Nancie also counseled and mentored field managers and other internal employees. In 2016, they moved to EHANG, Inc. as Human Resources Director, where they developed and trained Managers and Employees on Sexual Harassment Prevention and Diversity, and was responsible for the company's compensation plans. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources at Instor Solutions, Inc., where they developed and trained Managers and Employees on Sexual Harassment Prevention and Diversity, was responsible for developing company compensation plans, performance review process, and recognition program, and administered Employment Law compliance. In 2019, they moved to ComplianceEase as Human Resources Manager, where they administered Labor Law compliance, counseled managers and individual contributors, and worked with lawyers on H1-B visas. In 2021, they moved to SA Photonics, a CACI Company, as Human Resources Manager, where they actively recruited difficult positions, conducted onboarding, background checks, E-verify, was a founding member of the Diversity and Inclusion Team, was responsible for the annual Focal Reviews process, conducted open enrollment for company Benefits, and I-9 audit, and oversaw COVID policies and adhered to county guidelines. Finally, in 2022, they moved to Tailored Management @ Meta as an Employee Relations Business Partner - Contractor, where they designed and delivered targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including conflict resolution and mediation, strategic planning on people policies and processes, and change management, provided strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization, proactively assessed team and manager development needs, made recommendations, and implemented appropriate solutions, triaged employee relations casework, identified potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately using guidelines, and helped balance risk, taking into account employee, business, and company perspectives. Nancie is currently Director, Human Resources at Qualpay, a position they have held since 2023.

Nancie Dunn has attended the University of Denver, where they earned a Certificate in Ergonomics in 2019. Nancie has also attended Ohlone College and Pierce College, where they studied Psychology and Education respectively.
