Melinda D. has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Melinda started their career at US Bank in 2000, where they worked as a Sales and Service Manager/Teller Coordinator. Melinda demonstrated strong leadership skills and improved the office's checking account numbers. Melinda also excelled in operations management and implemented new policies and procedures.

In 2003, Melinda joined EverTrust Financial Group as a Personal Banker. Melinda played a crucial role in increasing the branch's profitability and was selected for the Fee Task Force and the training program evaluation committee. Additionally, their exceptional customer service skills made their a key leader during the merger between EverTrust and KeyBank.

From 2004 to 2012, Melinda worked at KeyBank National Association as a Client Service Manager. Melinda was known for their extensive knowledge of banking policies and procedures and was frequently sought after to resolve internal and external issues. Melinda also excelled in branch management, transforming failing branches into successful and operationally sound entities. Melinda consistently improved Client Satisfaction Scores in the branches they managed.
