Courtney McMahan Shealy

Courtney McMahan Shealy is an experienced leader in enterprise solution engineering and strategy, currently serving as SVP at Qualtrics since October 2021, having previously held the role of VP Global Solutions Engineering. Additionally, Courtney is a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership positions. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Solutions Engineering at Clarabridge and various positions at GridPoint Inc., including Director of Product Management during a period of significant growth. Other experiences include consulting and management roles at companies such as Ventera, Pappas Group, Proxicom, and American Management Systems. Courtney holds a BBA in International Business with a concentration in Marketing from James Madison University.
