Donnchadh Casey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Donnchadh started their career in 2002 as a Site Engineer at Walls Construction Limited. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Research Engineer at Irish Tar & Bitumen Limited & University College Dublin. In 2005, they joined WSP as a Consultant and stayed there until 2008. Donnchadh then moved on to AECOM, where they served as a Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2012. After that, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they worked until 2015. Donnchadh Casey's next position was with Qualtrics, where they held various roles, including Head of EMEA Operations and Director of EMEA Operations & Services before becoming the EVP & Global Head of Customer Success in 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief Customer Officer at Qualtrics, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the growth of the company's book of business.

Donnchadh Casey has obtained an MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Prior to that, they completed an M.Eng.Sc in Engineering Materials Research at University College Dublin. Their undergraduate education also took place at University College Dublin, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on engineering.
