Emily Heffter

Emily Heffter is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, and reputation management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Communications at Qualtrics since July 2021, Emily has held various leadership positions including VP of External Communications and Corporate Affairs, and VP of Corporate Communications and PR. Prior to this, Emily worked at Zillow Group from March 2014 to June 2021, where roles included Director of Corporate Communications and Senior Public Relations Manager. Emily began a journalism career at The Seattle Times as a Staff Reporter, covering government, politics, and public affairs from August 2002 to March 2014. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Montana.
