George Couston

George Couston has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Qualtrics since January 2020. Prior to this role, George held positions at Intelligent Medical Objects from June 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included providing virtual server installations and product integration support as a Platform Services Specialist, as well as conducting support for medical organizations as a Product Integration Specialist. George's early career features an internship with Carle Foundation Hospital, focused on testing innovative products in an emergency department setting, and participation as a Senior Design Team Member on a award-winning project at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering was also obtained.
