Heather Carpenter

Heather Carpenter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Principal People Partner at Qualtrics since March 2019, where responsibilities include aligning People strategy with Products, UX, and Engineering organizations to drive growth and employee engagement. Previously, Heather was an Employee Experience Manager at Qualtrics, leading the North American and Latin American teams in optimizing employee and manager experiences. Prior to Qualtrics, Heather held the role of Human Resources Manager at Skilljar, providing strategic advice and developing Employee Experience programs. Heather also served as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at INRIX and began as an HR Coordinator at Übermind. Heather earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
