Randall Wilson is an experienced leader in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Qualtrics since October 2020, with previous roles in the company including Head of Customer Success for the US West & South regions. Additionally, Randall has contributed as an Advisory Board Member at GrowingIO since March 2018. Prior to Qualtrics, Randall held significant positions at BrightEdge as Vice President of Customer Success & General Manager of Global Business Unit, overseeing a top accounts program, and at Captora as Vice President leading Customer Success and Services. Randall's extensive career includes various roles at Adobe, where responsibilities ranged from managing demo groups to leading solution architecture teams. Randall's early experience spans operations management, product development in language e-learning, and intelligence analysis for the Department of Defense. Randall holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
